Olga D’Silva, Founder of Zên International

Olga D’Silva is the Founder of UK based Zên International, who set up the company to provide expert, independent consultancy, coaching and communication support to help UK SMEs successfully deliver their products and services around the world.

Olga is passionate about helping UK businesses with international business success.   She speaks French, German and Spanish. “Our business ethos is to help companies to be confident and effective in all aspects of developing international business.  We advise and support companies with their strategic international business planning and delivery, drawing on our knowledge and expertise, as well as our extensive range of contacts and trusted business relationships in the private and public sector.”

In 2016, Olga became an Associate of Grow Global Limited, who help companies to take advantage of the opportunity to grow rapidly by exporting online in this digital age.  Grow Global have advised the UK and New Zealand governments on how to get companies exporting more and are regularly asked to speak on all things digital and international for global banks like HSBC, Santander and Barclays.

Her varied career includes: classical music management, logistics, teaching English as a foreign language, teaching French, German and Spanish in the UK secondary education sector and organising international corporate events.
